i just watched on cbc that the fish cops got striped of all their rights to enforce anything, got stripped of there guns, batches and everything
so the RCMP has for sure not the manpower to do anything big in the parks and slowed down to stall by the situation i guess.
i would say this a perfect environment for guerrilla growing now, just hike out a bit, for example 90% of jasper hardly sees more then a 1/4 tourist per summer and sq mile, most parks in BC are closed as far as i know... guys get out there.
