To bloom or not to bloom

simple question here my plants are in 2nd week of flowering was advised to add bloom now but also have ready conflicting info . whats your views im growing in DP COIR and using the DP A + B at about 75% or recommended strength

I use bloom through flower from first week to flush every other week regular water the opposite weeks you want to use them early on so the plant use it up by the time you flush
