Im going to do a outdoor next year and was wondering what everybody thought about pre made greenhouses and just building your own? I live in a super windy area so structural integrity is a must...

i would rather build my own greenhouse myself. makes it so you can get what you want to the T and it also will save you money..but if depends on how crafty you are

harbor freight has a sale on their little greenhouses right now. u didnt mention the sustained wind speeds u experience but the manufacture list a tolerable wind speed for their houses. They are fair quality and get the job done.

Build it!
C'mon, break the mold and be creative! Put those hands to work, wired to the mind.

Isn't this what it's all about? Self sufficiency? Build it!

But plan her out to the last detail if you can,,,,,,,,,,,,
Please, please don't ask me how I know. K?

I built mine from salvaged patio doors cost me $350 with lumber.

Peace

Options, options, options. Ya never know, someone may be inspired,,,,,,,

Whichever way you go NK, luck to ya.

I hate indoor, but your setup is bad ass, right on. why buy it when you can do it your self, and then even take more pride in what you grow, you don't buy weed you grow it, so why buy a greehouse build it youself.

i built my own due to the same reasons stated above... cheaper and u can get it exactly how u want it. wind is not a major issue where i live but i just drove rebard into the ground and slid pvc pipe over it to make a frame. then i just bought some burlap shade cloth from home depot. i think i spend $100 and its about 20ft x 10ft.

That'll do..the opaque film has been mentioned to cause more light in your green house because of the " glow effect " ....the sun bounces off the opaque walls on the inside of the house giving you a better coverage
