Just wondering for the size of my grow area should i top my plants? My closet is 5 ft high 3 ft wide and 2 ft deep?? Any suggestion opinions or advice welcome.

You really have to share what you're growing, how your growing it, etc. etc.
With that said, I'd say you have enough room for 2 plants, vegged until they get about 12" tall and put into 12/12 from there. If you don't have anything to control odor and you're attempting to grow stealth, you really will be stinking up the house.

i have one lemon skunk and one afghan there under 8 100 w 6500 k cfls im watering with fox farm trio and there in fox farms happy frog soil i feed them twice a week and water with purified ph'ed water other times smell isnt a problem...

I have a similar sized space and i'm growing 1 plant but topped a bunch of times to make her bushy.
As lilroach suggested if you put 2 in and flower them small then you should be fine.

i have two in there now so should i top and how tall should i let them get before i top them?

Topping the main cola really doesn't shorten the plant, you just get two colas. Topping the side branches will make it bushy. I allow 2'x2' for each plant when I'm planning my flower-room space (I put them in at 18-20"). Of course I have 1,400 watts lighting the top and sides, 500 cfm of exhaust fans, and a light-mover.
