To Flip or Not To Flip

I have a couple plants that I have had some trouble with in veg.

The first plant is Blueberry GSC.
I started this plant from seed in January. This plant is less than 2 feet tall as of today, July 1st.
This is probably due to the way I topped it. However I have had some soil problems which has caused stunting in some of my other plants.
This plant has 4 sets of nodes.
It has been sprouting pistils for some time, likely from the sexing process. Though it has grown a few more inner leaves, it isnt growing taller.
I have also noticed a couple seeds forming on the stems.
Should I flip this plant or see if it reveg's?


The second plant is a younger Purple Urkle that I started from seed on March 20th. Its about 2 feet tall.
Compared to my other plants of the same strain and age, this plant is a dwarf. It has 5 sets of nodes and is in L.S.T. to help sunlight reach the inner nodes.
It is also showing pistils and though it is forming similar seed sacks as the other plant, it isnt producing any seeds.

Thats not a seed necessarily
It is a calyx, where a seed would grow if it were a pollinated.
You just have a sexually mature plant showing preflowers.

Also, the true blueberry strain is super sensitive and a bit unstable. Its a challenge to grow for even the best growers. They tend to mutate, lots of runts and they dont produce a lot.

After 6 months... you should bloom it out and take what you can get.

Flip it. Some plants just don't want to get very tall. That's a long time in veg, you could have had two grows harvested and cured by now. Though you don't mention any details about the growing situation...

Instead of worrying about maximizing yield off of one plant, maybe pull clones and turn them over more quickly.

How much light are they getting? Plants need light to grow.

Six months or so and you're still in veg and plant is that small? Flip it, finish it out, and start over. I could almost done with a second crop in that time and almost two pounds of weed. 12/12 those girls. You're wasting time.

But I guess I'm confused as to what you mean by flip it. If you're vegging then flipping it to flower will cause flowering not revegging. What is your current lighting schedule?

I'm with Gquebed. I think the "pods" you see with little hairs coming out of them are female, no seeds. I would wait for some more opinions to be sure.

Theres deffinitly seeds inside the pods on the blueberry. Big ones.

Right now they are in a greenhouse receiving lots of natural light, on sunrise/sunset photo schedule.

I think im going to take your advise and flip the blueberry. I have a personal medical grow, and lots of other plants.
Atleast I'll get some trial and error knowledge.

The blueberry I started inside under LED. She was a seedling when I had my very first spider mite outbreak.
In March I put her in my garden as she already wasnt doing well in a pot inside so I figured Id try it. Since I have other plants I decided to use her to experiment with. She didnt like the soil.
So I dug her up and put her in a fabric pot in the greenhouse.

The Purple Urkle was germinated on March 20th. Much younger plant.
Sometimes I have to tryck in water to fill my well and I watered her before I remembered to PH the new water. She got nutrient lockout and is starting to bounce back. I also FIMed her before the flowers started to develop. When I fimmed she was stuck in a small, christmas tree like state.

There are no seeds in this plants pods.

You could flip now you would get like 3-4 oz just lollipop or just take out the bottom growth. She is good to go. Oh and btw I don't think that those are seed sacks. Lol it looks like a straight up female.

Ill start them tonight and post updates in a week or so.

Heres an update on the girls.
For some reason my camera brought out the yellows. They arent actually this yellow. They are a rich green.
