To late to add nitrogen

Got a soil testing today showing zero for (N) so is it to late to add a weak dose along with my high phosphorus nutes?

dude u gave like literally worthless information...dont mean to be an asshole but how the hell am i supposed to answer that???? nutes? flower or veg? soil? indoor outdoor? give me something!
