To much light?

Hi, if anyone can help me it would be appreciated. I have two gavita 1000. They are around 12 inches from my canopy. I have no problems with temps as there is plenty of air flow. I only have them turned up to 850 watts at the minute. As long as I can keep the temps in the canopy down I'm going to turn them flat out to 1150 watts. Is this a good idea or can you have to much light?. Thanks for your advice.

its impossible to have too much light the plants take all light just like the sun outdoors gives plants lots of light man
you think the sun is less than 1000 watts?

It is too possible that a plant can get too much light. Have you ever heard of bleaching? This is where the plant can't keep up with the amount of light some buds may get due to being closer to the light and they will bleach out to white.

Hi super stoner. Thanks for the advice. As long as I don't have a heat problem will my buds keep from bleaching. Cause unfortunately my canopy is closer than I want but my temps are all good. The lights are probably about 12 inches from the plants.
Thanks

Yeah
My 9 plants range from a healthy looking waxy dark green
to a papery mat lime green
I think I must have bleached a few of them....?

The growing never slowed down and they all seem to be producing similar amounts of bud....
