You have a micronutrient shortage or lockout as indicated by light coloured veins

The health of the plant governs how much light it can absorb, one grower may get closer another need to be futher away :-)

Yeah I agree, I’m not going to give the more light until they are repotted and bigger and then it’s going to get bright
