to save on electricity. can i put my clones in my flower tent? it has a 600w dual spec under a cool hood . can i put them in my tent when my flower room comes on then turn my veg tent off . then put them back in my veg tent b4 my lights go off and wake them up with a 250 cfl until my flower tent comes on then chuck them bk in there??? thanx a long winded ? i know sorry im not great with words ...

not really, you want 24 hours of low light..at least 18 hours..so they belong in the veg room..if your using an hps then very far away from the light like over in the corner (also you don't want red spectrum)

your using tents so doesn't seem like a possibility realy to have ideal conditions...get some fluro tubes..t5 is the best but any kind will work and put them up really close, like several inches in an entirely different space...doesn't have to be anything fancy, it can be in your closet even..

ah sorry I misunderstood...yes you can do that but just leave them under a CFL you don't need the extra light for clones, they need very low light.

thanx .. thats wat i wasnt sure if the 600 would be to much for them,, . i did veg my last plants under my 600w they r my tallest plants so far and touch wood look the biggest in yeild ...but that was from seed not clones...

just put em under a upside down cardboard box with low power cfl
Yeah, this would be your best best, and just throw them under the 250w CFL after they're rooted.

It's just safer. You could forget to move them, or your 600w could potentially burn them.

this is wat i use to veg them in ..... i lil green house thing but put black white reflective stuff around it... approx about £20 so set up.
