To tall

Hello guys i am new to the forum but and on my 2nd grow i have a problem with them growing to tall i was thinking i have to many plants so they are competing for light i flowerd around a foot tall now there around a meter tall last crop got me 11oz the bud are spred around the pants or shall i try plantfood with attitued the hammer or less plants

top them or lst if you think they are too tall. i don't quite know what hammer time you are referring to is.

Supercrop main cola 4 to 5 times allow to heal after each one.this will stop vertical growth.Laterals will think they are the main cola,and will catch up with the main.Also bending main cola away from light weave inner branches toward the light.This method will give you a much shorter plant maybe 3-4 foot with the same yield as a 6foot plant.I do this method for my happy campers.One afghan fimmed and one supercropped hybrid.No fimming next time for me,supercropping is the way to grow.
