To transfer or not to transfer??

I have three one week old baby plants,i don't have
a camera right now but thare about 2-3cm over the soil.
anyway,im going to the army for 23 days and i dont know what to do-
to transfer them to a bigger pot now or to wait mabey i well have good luck
and i well have a chance to come back home for a few hours
and tranfer it? (im not weried about watering it becouse
my dad does that-but im not counting on him to
tranfer,so,what do you say i should do? does it
really makes a diffrence if i tranfer the plants to a bigger pot
a bit early?

as long as its bigger than a 5in pot they should be o.k.

Yeah, it'll slow them down while they fill the pot -then they will roar away.
