To vent or not to vent....that is my question

I am one week away from my first harvest. Started with three plants, one died, one was male and one has made it to the finish line.

I am growing in my shed in a cabinet I built. The shed has a/c. My biggest problem so far has been the smell. I can't believe how much one plant can smell. I have tried a couple of DIY filters, but they all seem to cut down on my exhaust and build up heat in my cabinet.

The cabinet vents into the shed itself but not to the outside.

Should I be venting my exhaust outside of the shed or is it ok to vent it inside of the shed alone?

The a/c is set to bring in fresh air from the outside. I would not say the room is airtight either.

Any suggestions or opinions. Should I vent to the outside or is it ok the way it is?

venting to the outside is the preferred method - depends on your temps, if your temps are low enough stay inside
as to smell, if this is a detection risk then it's best to improve your method
you will need a higher pressure to push through a filter - bigger fan usually
you can also make the filter's surface area bigger - make filter bigger
or try a nice low odor plant - i'm growing nl#5 and its smell is nearly undetectable

I agree\.If you have the money get a can fan or a vortex fan those are excellent to push thru filters
