To vent or not to vent?

I have a 4x4x6 foot grow room ( its in a basement that is not finished and stay around 65-68 degree constant all year round. I have a Yield master 2 Supreme 6" with a 400w blue eye Hort bulb. The grow room stays at about 75 degrees all the time with a humidity of 36%. Do i need to vent the light? Going inside about 3 times a day, does that refresh the air enough? ( looking at adding a co2 bucket since the room is smaller.

Thanks in advance!!

cold air smells just like hot. I'd filter.

Without a vent who will breath all that O your plants will make? they may like some new air or at least some co2.

we all can't live in our humans room.

Co2 is very expensive but worth the investment. Looking into getting a tank and regulator for the room. But when it comes to adding fresh air whats the most efficient way with a semi sealed room? ( working on the door )

I could have sworn that venting the light was to make it easier to have the light closer to your plants making them not stretch...... and then to keep the cab cool second...I must be thinking backwards afterall im passed my wake n bake time. And if your basement is 65-68 constant then the light is the reason your plants are happy at 75 degrees . Just my 2 cents... worth about 1 today.

See thats what i was thinking if the temp only maxed at 75 degrees. When i open the door it drops to about 72 degree give or take one depending on how long i leave it open. Looking into a bucket co2 since it would work really well in the room. I understand the air pump concept with the bucket but is there a way to buy some compost that would do the same thing?

Thanks
