Just wanting to show off the girls, I will snap a few pics every day till harvest which should be around day 63( May 1st). Banana OG strain under 220 watts of diy Vero 29 x 4, in a diy 16 site ebb and flow. Using BC Nutrients. Ppm is around 1300 ph is between 5.9 and 6.3. Any comments , observations or questions are welcomed BB

Day 48, lots of swelling , still next to no smell either. Yes I defoliate my plants, when done properly and in conjunction with not flushing I have been able to increase my quantity by +25% . And no difference in taste,smell or quality . These plants are being run in my genetics testing tent, if you look really close you can see why these genetics will never be ran in my main room. Thet started showing male sacs below the female buds about week 3. I picked all sacs off and they did not regrow , I am now seeing bananas but since its not a main producing room they will be allowed to continue until maturity. BB

Thanks man It's a banana og ( banana kush X ghost OG). Bred by a buddy, nice plants but the hermie issues means it needs more work. It is only an f2 though.

Basements are great, I'm running this in a 2x2x4 tent in my bedroom closet. I have filtration systems in place but running the tent in the basement makes me nervous about pollination lol

Not too much to say, these may not be the 63 day plants I thought, they seem to be ripening pretty quick. Swelling and smell is more noticeable along with all the top buds turning purple .

Took a couple close shots, you think there close to done? IMO they are about peak, maybe a few more days. I've only got so much magnification though my pocket scope is MIA , I took a magnifying lense and taped it to my camera on my phone.....
