I think legalization will be inevitable once the majority of states have Medical Marijuana, and more workers that use, refusing to work for companies with punitive rules regarding the use of Cannabis.

Good help is hard to find.

One company I worked for was having a very hard time adding to its work force because they couldn't find anybody willing to quit using long enough to pass a pre-employment pee test.

One person in HR was overheard telling a candidate that if they can pass, they'll never be tested again(except in the case of an accident). And THEN the idiot tried to pass with one of those bogus pee clean kits. He passed up a $35/hour job WITH BENEFITS, to avoid doing without his doobie for two weeks.

Business rules in this country, but only as long as the work force is willing to be herded.

Currently, the work force could be likened to a flock of sheep. Fairly easy to manipulate.

Pots smokers are like cats. We don't like control. We'll do what employers want, but not without visible benefits, such as respect for our work, and our privacy.

As more Americans realize they've been robbed of their Constitutional rights, business will be forced to treat prospective and current employees with respect, or do without growth.

Enlightened self interest is the goal.

Don't pee test me, and I'll work my butt off. Otherwise, I'll do a minimum to retain my job, while I'm searching for a better position.
