Tolerance Break

Ok, so my tolerance is so big right now that I can smoke up to 5 full size bowls in my 6 inch pipe and only get buzzed for a while. I don't get hungry and my eyes don't get red anymore. I've been smoking Cherry AK-47 for the past 6 months, 3 times a day or more. I need to take a long break and or at least cut down my smoking to once a day.

My problem is that i've done it for so long that smoking is built into my routine and it's normal. Does anyone have any tips on cutting back and or taking a big T-break? I'd like to get high again and my wallet would be happier.

first of all, change strains, this will go a long way to getting you high again.. i've noticed that if i smoke the same strain constantly, the effects are no where near as strong as they once were..
secondly, if you want to cut down or stop for a few days, find things to do in the time that you used to devote to smoking.. go for a walk, exorcise, get a hobby, etc... stopping or slowing down smoking bud's not really that hard to do for me, and i've been smoking well over 20 years now, and every once in a while i find it nice to not smoke for a couple of days or w/e to clear out the head and get the tolerance back under check..

Switching the strain is a great idea, that does work but the AK-47 is the best thing I can get right now. I just find myself getting really bored because I usually use up so much time smoking.

I ate 14 grams of mushrooms, after that I had no compulsion to smoke pot or do any drugs at all

Take some flax seed oil supplements in your down time, the omega 3 and 6 will help your receptors get back to normal
 
i am on the first week of a 2 month mandatory break, I was smoking way too much and getting too lazy. Its nice to be clear headed but i miss the late night smoking sessions. i am waiting till my current grow gets finished around Christmas to get back into smoking.

yah, but even if it's the best thing that you can get, you're saying it's not getting you to where you like, i'd bet that something of a lesser quality may even get you higher for a lil while..
for w/e reason, it just seems to me that when i smoke the same strain constantly, no matter how good it is, after awhile i notice i get no where near as high as i did when i first smoked that strain..
and as for boredom, it's a great big world out there, there's surely something that you can find to fill the time that you once dedicated to smoking.. even only a couple of days off is enough to cut the tolerance.. the longer the break, the longer your tolerance will stay lower ime as well.. :)

Why would you possibly want to consume a half ounce of shrooms?

I too, am about to stop toking to detox for a future employment piss test. The cleanse will be good. My grow will be finished in 3 weeks. Another 3 to dry and cure and boom, I take my urinalysis and right back to toking just in time to enjoy the "fruits of my labor":leaf:

Yea, I bet you were. How was it?
it was pretty good, it wasn't like the first time when I did some koolaid thing with my friends, we each put in 7 grams in boiling water, then added koolaid.

But my computer screen was all colourful patterns, kept thinking I saw things out the side of my eyes. Was pretty energetic and kinda spiritual. That 1/2 was supposed to last me 10 days though, at least I had no want to smoke pot like I usually do
