The real question here is do I know what the hell I'm doing with my 72 cents per watt  The answer is pretty far on the "no" spectrum, but I'm learning. If I wasnt worried about heat and power consumption, I'd be all over tried and proven options. But for now I'm just along for this led ride :bigjoint:

I only used leds I’m pretty sure the others work or people won’t even use them. I do know it doesn’t take many to watts for these Samsungs to do their thing, 220 watts in maybe 3.5x3.5 or more.. got another on the way to fill up the 9x4
Nice pics man. They look nice.

How many watts pr sqare feet?

I just built a light with 4 qb120's, powered by an HLG 320H-C2800A. Max wattage on these boards is 70 a piece, so 280 watts total. Boards were $99, driver $81.70, wire, $8, plug end $4, crimp connectors $1, frame lumber was $5, nails $1, hanger was $2.50. So $203.20 for everything. I'm at $.72/watt. Not bad for quality components and paying retail.
Sweet... with samsung diods?
