too late to germ seed?

Is it too late to start a plant from seed now outdoors?
I live in Northern California

If you were to pick a late finishing strain it wouldnt matter when you planted it . Last month or now, it's still gonna start to flower when it wants to and finish when it needs too. Size is the factor in late planting and yes rain can cause mold.

ur on perfect timing bro! ill be popping more seeds here thru the next month. and have started seeds for past few months (some with suplamental lighting) GL
