Too little / too much light?

I'm using desk lamps on pedestals and on the floor. I followed the foliage proximity suggestions in the sticky and I'm now in day 41 of flowering (24/0 Veg, 12/12 Flower) with 2 M.Kush & 3 WW clones. This is my first grow.

Currently I have 13 lamps covering the plants from every conceivable angle that my small grow space will allow (it's a closet). These are 27w with 2,000 lumens output. IOW, 26,000 lumens.

I don't have a camera or I'd show you, but assuming that the lamps are positioned closely enough to deliver the best output, is this sufficient lighting for 5 plants or do I need additional lightning?

I do not see a problem with the plants atm; I'm just curious.

Thanks.

well that might be enough... especially if you haven't sexed yet because not all of those will be female (unless you are usin' feminized seeds or clones from a fem)

It also depends on how long you keep your plants in the vegetative state. The shorter the veg time, the smaller the plants- the less light needed until the end of flowering.

THE MORE LIGHT THE BETTER HOMESLICE!

They are clones from good females I purchased from a prop 215 grower. He's tried to get me to read Greg Green's Grow Bible and watch Jorge Cervantes' DVDs, but my attention span is too short for that. lol maybe later :P

I trust there won't be any issues with m/f, but good point and thanks for the heads up.

So *adding* more lamps wouldn't hurt, then? I'll have to upgrade my timer. It's rated at 350 watts max and I have 351 watts on it atm :D but that's fine.
If more light = more bud then I'm all for it.
