Too many decisions need some good advice

Ok so this is not my first grow but is has been a little while since I have dealt with babies. I am also changing some of the things that I am doing.
I have 10 Smurfberry seeds and 20 White Russian Autoflower . They have all but one cracked and are in a Rapid Rooter with a Humidity Dome. They are showing their first 2 little leaves. I am debating as to wether to transplant them into small 16oz cups and putting them under a 400W MH or I also have a fluro setup with 2 30 wt blue fluros. I also can't decide which way to go. I am really excited about these beans and don't want to screw up. I am planning on growing them under 3 4ft t5s. WHen I do decide to transplant I am trying to decide if I should go straight to FF Ocean Forest? I have heard people say that it is a little Hot I don't want to burn my babies. Sorry for the rambling as you can see I have too much to think about. Any good Advice would be appreciated.

Go with the flouros for sprouts. Wait until they get some size to them so you don't lose some to stupid stuff.

Look at my grow below, it's 8 bulb 4 foot T5. I went from seed to fox farm Light warrior, but many many times I went straight from seed to FFOF with extra perlite.
16 oz cups will keep the roots limited while they are in the seedling stage and that will cause nice girthie roots.
I suggest under the T5 at no less than 24" away. I get best results even now they are grown up a little at 22". They stay greener and grow faster.
I personally do not care for Mh bulbs at all.
I have my clones in rapid rooter/humidity dome, will post pics soon.
ALSO wait until the cotyldon leafs turn yellow before starting nutes and 1/4 dose.

This will still kill young sprouts sometimes. It would really depend on the plant, I'm trying to raise some Skunk #4's atm that die from any kind of stress at all >_> They just fall over and die.

Thanks you all are the best. I believe I will go with the fluros. Do you think that the T5's will be enough to get me through the whole grow with the autos? The Smurfberry is 8 weeks and the White Russian is 10. I have the 48" with 8 bulbs mixed grow & bloom.
