Not too much in my opinion. You should notice by tomorrow the leaves perking up. Did you flip them to 12/12 yet?
The plants are the judge & jury when it comes to what training is too much or not enough. Every plant is different and some will respond positively or negatively to intensive training like this.The only way to find out what works is try it.

5 strains. Already a foot distance between the wedding cookies and the MacDragon x Bruce banger.
Gonna spread plants out best I can within the space they have.
Excited for the Maroon Baboon clones and the Mac Dragon cross. Hoping the Blackberry Gum reminds me of Bubbleberry, either sisters or cousins.

A good baseline average to follow is 1 gram per/watt with LED or HPS..
I'd say you're looking at 1-1.5 lbs.
