Too much light or overwatering?

Hey do this is my first time growing and I have 2 plants both around 9-10 days and seem to be growing fine but one is a little light on part of the leaves and the darker one some of the tips are starting to point up a little bit. I’m not to sure if it’s my light being too strong or if I’m over watering. I’m using coco with a little slow release all purpose fertilizer and I’m watering them when the top 1-1 1/2 inch is mostly dry with a tiny amount of moisture left. My light is a spider farmer sf2000 and it’s up about 30 inches and on about 18% power. My temp has been between 73-75f and the humidity has been 60-68%. I’m mainly worried because I accidentally over watered what should have been my 3rd plant within 4 days after sprouting.4DA89793-6F0B-435A-ADC8-435981F25BA7.jpeg0BDFCF72-A2A1-4C59-A108-A0170278FD12.jpeg6AE83C89-7741-4981-AC24-16D42B7232F0.jpeg1788AF00-92BB-4000-AEBE-2154EBBFC8A8.jpeg

They don’t look too bad mate, turn ya light to 40%

And go easy with the watering, a small spray bottle works good for this stage, ya humidity is about right

have u got a fan blowing on them?

are u checking the ph of what your feeding them?

I have a small desk tower fan on the same level as them oscillating, a clip fan blowing around the bottom to middle of the tent, a 6in intake on the bottom and a carbon filter up top. My light is a spider farmer sf2000 led. I’m using a spray bottle and I’m only spraying around the edges enough to seep down a little and a little more around the center and I do that when it’s almost dry about 1- 1 1/2 inches down

Your seedling is stretching for light instead of developing roots. Lose the heat mat, that's for germination, power up to 50% (100w) and lower light to 20 inches, and make sure there is enough air circulation to "wiggle" seedling, which will strengthen stem and roots.
