Too much water for seed in soil

second the above post the fan helps strengthen the stem which is never to early to start preparing for those big buds that will hopefully fill ur plant and as for the cups roots hate the light i know its nice to see a little of whats going on down there but just judge from the top what happens on top is what happens on the bottom and vise versa

I water them today and the runoff was ph 8.2,the water i gave them was 6.5ph. What should i do?

It should recover,but a tip for the future is put the soil into a pot then water the pot let the run off finish before before adding the seeds,you should only after water about once a week if useing the right pot's.Always let the seedlings dry out before re watering this will only produce new root mass ......................tyke..........................................
