too small of buds

I had a few sweet tooth plants grown with 10, 36w CFLs. the hairs are almost all redish. The crystals are cloudy and amber. My friend told me it's a little overdone. I let it go because the buds were so small. Could my problem be lighting? They were in 3 gallon grow bags. I used dutchmaster nutrients.

I use 2 400 watters for flowering one for veg~

how are you positioning your cfl's with a bath bar fixture and tee's? if you do seemorebuds' method http://wn.com/seemorebuds check out the tenth video, it will make your CFLS pull over an oz off a plant, and the buds will be a little denser. I recommend this, and if you like his methods he has a great book that oaksterdam gives as required reading for first semester students. this will re-teach you the basics and help you focus more on simple, important things. just the way he builds his cfl ballast is really really cool
