very great band,but also one of the most unusual in their musical path.Everything from their style to the concepts of their songs are a total 180 to all the other metal bands out there,at leaste in my opinion.

Opiate was their best album IMHO, It had that raw, visceral drive thats lacking in Maynards other stuff. A Perfect Circle was a departure for him, to say the least. They are no Filter, but I do like them.

One of the most talented group of musicians ever. They started thier own genre. Seeing the guys live is something every fan should expierence. Not to mention that everything Keenan touches turns to gold. Increadible band

Tool is my fav band! So unique and still manage to have a sound all their own.
I stumbled on a band Battling Delirium and am now friends with the band and they are similar sounding.
On there website you can download their albums for free.
Cant wait for their new cd and hope its done this year!
