Also, be sure to water the edges of your pots, as well as the center. It kinda sounded like you are watering in the ceneter only, which is a bad habit to get into. ALL the soil must be watered evenly, to be most effective. Think about it raining outside, and try to mimic that. :)

pull the light back a foot, there will still be a shitload of light, but the plants wont fry...as for the "bleaching" or white parts on your leaves, ill put my money it was more to do with a nute deficency than light
EDIT also take them off 24/0 light cycle, thats just addin to the stress

been 4 full days since first pic was taken.... thanks KlosetKing its cool i shocked you..the glass is really keeping my temps down so i can get the plants as close to the bulb as i want.but everytime i mist i have to wipe the glass dry
and 4th day on 20/4 hrs
anyone point me to a site with plant light stress training or something

They're looking pretty good. If you really want to give them a boost, you should consider transplanting to bigger pots.

repotting never hurts...but, from what iv noticed, you can tell if the plant needs to be transplanted when new growth stops, and starts to yellow..
