I've killed them with FGDE and H2O2 (mixed to about .75%) in irrigation water, with neem soil drench at the end to finish them off. BTi products are easier and maybe faster. If I used peroxide again, I'd increase its strength a little bit. I always add a little FGDE to my potting mixes as a deterrent to larvae.

I usually do a cinnamon scratch through and topping of cinnamon, typically one application and I don't have anymore. The cinnamon stops adults from landing and laying eggs while killing the larvae and giving your roots a little health boost.

That being said I have never had an infestation like some of those sticky sheets are showing.
