top leaves yellowing

What's up???

Week 5
Coco
Autopot gravity fed
Ph 5.8
B'cuzz nutes following regime
Didn't flush so far until yesterday

As you can see the purple og has turned purple already as I left the window open last week when away amd it got cold.

Issues that under the light all of the 3 plants seem to be yellowing. The other tops seem fine.

They are yellowing too early in flower so I would assume its an underfeeding of Nitrogen. What is your feeding schedule. I want the whole thing from week one to now.

Not using a test or ec meter. Been sticking to the guide.

Veg for 7 weeks from seed. On b'cuzz a and b 1-2 ml per litre

Flower for 2 weeks on the same

Flower for the next 2 weeks until now on 2 ml per litre. And in then added bloom stimulator.

Been using magnecal at 1 ml per litre the whole time.
 
Sounds like a lot of nutes to me. plants are probably locked out, or starting to. until you get a meter or new meter just water for right now, ph adjusted.
 
you really don't need to flush in coco, that's why you want to get run-off (15-20%) when you feed. you really need meters to do hydro properly.

I don't get run off as I am using autopots which feed from the bottom.

Also coz I have 3 strains... White widow, purple og and a kush I think they are all slightly different.

The ww looks really quite yellow all over and has signs of mag def. I think it's nutrient deficient but it could be lock out too.

What should my ec readings be in week 5?
 
have you been feeding them bloom nutes? some prefer to keep them on veg nutes for the first few weeks of flowering as it contains more nitrogen, looking at the pictures that is the main thing they are missing.

B'cuzz doesn't have bloom nutes... You just start adding bloom stimulator that changes the npk appropriately and then add bloombastic for the last 4 weeks

Ok... So i got an ec meter and it's reading 1970 which I guess is an ec of 1.97. The ww is meant to be ay 1.8, but i am surprised to get lockout that low no??
 
1.97 is a bit high if that's what's going in. You should feed with 1.4EC water every time.

The problem, however, looks like too much calcium, not enough iron.

Try adding a 50-100mg of iron sulfate per 1 gallon of feeding solution, or reducing the calcium somehow.

Cool... Maybe too much magnecal. Will lower the ec too can report back

Also... It might just be a case of lock out. If I lower ec I think it should all sort itself out
 
Locked up medium.
Flush from the top and let it drain out to waste.
Then fill your autopots back up with your new solution.

Autopots with coco, feeding from the bottom, ... not a method I would go with. You can pull off a good crop but it is a high maintenance setup.
