Top Of Plant Bending.

My plant is 11 days old and has been under six 24w CFLs = 144w (8,700 Lumens) since it popped out of the medium.
The main stem is straight but the top part is on an angle with some yellow/brown crinkled leaves.
The growing space is in my closet with temps of 25-28 C and a fan lightly blowing on the canopy.
I did the back of the hand test and hardly any heat is emitting from the tips of the bulbs.
I skimped out on the soil and got a potting mix with slow release fertilizer. (probably a factor)
As you can see the plant has a lot of growth happening.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be going on?
Cheers.

I rather worry about the yellow as i ignore the reason, otherwise young leaves can grow in strange shapes :) was scared for one of mine too.
Anyhow at a second look i def see some deficiency there. Second edit already: im not sure might be some light burn if you had any drop of water over the leaf but i don't know if it can happen indoors and it wouldnt explain the yellow edit3: yes a ph tester can be good i rather worry about chlorine and chloramine, it in all faucet water and even in cheaper embottled water, osmosis goes long way but be certain you must be feeding minerals then.

Cheers.
I will buy a pH tester to see what the levels are.
Where I live, you can't find any great mediums from coco-coir/perlite to organic soils.
Edit1: I use purified water with a 6.5 pH as I drink that myself lol.
I've heard bad things about slow release fertilizers in potting mixes as the nutes are not balanced.

I'm not sure how much space you have neither how a transplant or wash would do for roots at that stage but now on pc i definetly notice the soil, i bought the most expensive non-growshop earth for about 6 eur 15l and was shit, had it after germination in tiny pots with 7 eur 50l earth and they were doing good, ended up seeing roots were growing only on the grow-shop earth which was way better price-quality. I then got good earth and filled a big pot and all was fine, i'm waiting for flowers :)
Point here is that local online grow might get you best earth for the price, better than anything you buy at the flower store.
Just make sure you gentle with it, you can probably take it easily and safely with roots with your fingers very carefuly.
