Top of plant healthy, bottom wilting...

I'm about 2 weeks into flowering. I'm growing in a closet with one (big) CFL on at the timer's at 12/12. I water when its needed and fertilize about every other watering (depending on what the leaves tell me). This past week, the top has been doing great, but the bottom portion of the plant is wilting. It's pretty tall for a closet CFL grow (over 3 feet) so I'm thinking that maybe the bottom is wilting due to a lack of light? The bottom also has very few budding sights compared to the top colas. In fact, a good portion of the female preflowers at the bottom are still flowering. I'm thinking that its still too early for the plant to be shifting its nurtients from the bottom leaves up top as is normal at the ending of flowering. I have attached some pics to help you see. Any advice helps, thanks!

I don't think I have a lockout, my H2O ph is about 6-6.5 and my soil is around the same. I had slight nute burn a while back, so I let off and am now feeding only every other watering. Maybe I should switch to feeding every watering or up the dose? The nutes are dilluted to about 1/4 strength.

my container is a 5 gallon which I gather is the going size for most growers. Thing is, it's been growing for about 5 months now, so I could see the possibility that it may be rootbound.

The nutes I'm using are 5-15-5. All organic, its a mix of a plain organic 5-5-5 and 0-10-0 bat guano.

Thanks!
