Top of plant is bunched up Light green leaves and necrosis PLEASE HELP

One of my plants is second week into flower and i was looking through them yesterday and i came across whats posted in the picture. It's all bunched up at 2 of the tops leaves are a yellow green the branch is woody. I'm growing outdoor its about 100 degrees. Idk the ph level its in the ground. I am using fftb and kool bloom with regular tap. All my other ladies are doing fine. The plant is a blue cheese strain. Any and all help is much appreciated thank you in advance!

Are you feeding micros with iron and sulfur?

I have been using fox farm tigger bloom and kool bloom. I know ff has alot of trace thats why i like using it. What would you recommend? Thanks!
