Top of the plant burned?

I'm in the fourth week of flowering and I noticed the top bud on one of mine hasn't grown at all I touched it and realized the light had been too close and burned/dried the bud. Will it recover or grow? thanks

if it is dried out completly (you can snap the stem not bend it) I would have to say, unsalvageable. But im sure you got more buds on the plant that will be just fine!
