IF you had the extra money I'd get plant tape...but I've heard people use regular tape just fine...but that's just who I am...I guess I have to everything plant related lol

Yes. The closet is in a large bedroom, 4x3, 6ft H, the BR is drop ceiling, the closet is sheet rock. There's a door, I've sealed it so no light goes in or out.
A twistie from a bread bag works just fine.
Or a zip tie.
