they have nice stem and all have 2 sets of 5 leafs did i top to early and how much bud can i expect thanks

IMO you topped em a bit early. i wait till there are 4 or 5 nodes so there is a good root base.
and as question #2..... how much does santa weight?
straight up nobody can tell you how much you will get lol
to many factors to ever have an even somewhat accurate guess

just have to wait and see
