this year i am going to grow outdoors for the first time, and i want a nice yeild off of my plants so what would be easier to do? and i already know toping adds time to flowering

depends ?
LST is great for being stealth
but so it topping

yeah so like what ever you think is best

i d do lst if it were me,like you said it takes longer to grow back when the plant could just be growing bigger,with more tops getting bigger too!

whats cofusing about bending the plant over with a piece of rope

topping will give you a smaller plant and weaker tops that might break when they get bigger
