Topp 44 skunk1 grow cfl.

I am growing a skunk 1 and topp 44 they have sprouted 3 weeks ago. Everything is looking good but are very bushy and not too tall. I am using a 45 watt cfl and 2 23 watt cfl for the skunk 1 and i am using 3 26 watt cfl for the topp 44. I will be switching to a 45 watt for the topp44 in a few days and when i flower i will use a 85 watt cfl puts out about 425 watts and 3 23 cfls for each plant and hopefully i will find a room with some sunlight from outside( i live in a tropical country so strong light still) and i would like to know if i am pushing it by hoping for a ounce for each plant. They are both in 5 gall containers and store bought soil and i have been recently giving them alittle nutriant mix and i think my order of big bud liquid and another nm will come by the time i flower so i would like to know if the light is good enough for a ounce each.

anyone please. i need help i am bugging out because iam in a country in europe and i cant find a store that has ballasts or hps lamps so i wanna know if i need to grow more plants to get 2 oz or more bud.

maybe but i would have to bring the plants in front of my comp. camera cuz my digital one is in america .

my light hit my top 44 and it looks really bad i am thinking of taking clones from it but i gotta research on how to do that.
