Topped but no branching

Ive topped several plants two of which are starting to branch out but the other plants aren’t shooting any branches out from the nodes. Any reason for this? I topped them about 10 days ago after the 4th node so they’ll have 8 branches each.
 
whats the genetics? Ive had this happen many times and its always genetics. Alot of blueberry strains have done this. They just take more time to get branches and occasionally they never really create any clone-able branches before bloom.

So the only two that are branching are blue heron v2’s. Others that aren’t are
Bubba kush x slyme cookies
Flaming cookies x slyme cookies
Chitral Pakistani x platinum bubba
Pakistan valley
 
Bubba takes forever to get big in veg in my experience with any Bubba genetics, i dont run any Bubba genetics anymore because of this. The Sinmints in Slyme cookies has Blue Power genetics which ive read also takes along time to get going in veg.

What are you using light wise to veg them under?
 
Could it be from low humidity? I’m using 4 23 watt 6500k cfl along with some sun during the day when it’s nice out
 
The bottom right for example, also having the leaves doing a lil taco

Plants are starting to branch but are looking weird, overall healthy though. What gives?

Idk about the the ph or ppm’s, I’m using roots organic green fields and bottle/tap water like always. Temps are in the low to mid 70’s mainly. I don’t really think it’s light Because they are pretty stocky overall, cfl’s and sun
