The side branches have more growth that's all it is, the top has two side branches, bend and train these low until lower branches catch up and you end up with a nice even canopy which should be ready to flower.

Its like a hydra ( dragon ) cut off the head and two or three more grow back !
Yes, you can have lots of fun with it training your canopy.
