Topped plant issues

I topped one of my plants on 03/18 and so far there has been no new growth where the cut was made . My question is, will the plant still produce any bud without the main cola and if not, can I use it to make clones?

it has only been a few days, & the new growth will be around it, & in all the remaining branches of the plant & new ones should form. The whole point of topping is to produce 2 or more main colas, so of course it will produce bud. can u use what to make clones? the part u cut off, or the plant u have left? The answer is yes, u can use any part of the plant to make clones. ur plant is most likely fine, give it time.

yw, when I top my plants down to the 2nd node, & the compounded growth from doing so is amazing & I am sure u will see the same very soon
