Topping will produce multiple colas of fairly uniform size. Depending on your skill set and "defoliation", it's pruning to us gardeners. Time in veg is the key to large plants. Un-topped are lower yield generally. But "Look at Me" colas. You selling or sharing? Should make the choice on which you want to do.
