topping an inner branch?

I was just wondering what would happened if you topped or FIMmed an inner branch?
Like the growth that comes out from inner node. Pretty sure its called an inner branch.

would it grow just like a 2 new tops? or what?:confused:

because I was experimenting an I did it. just Like I was FIMming? :P

Just wanna see if anyone else as givin' this a try.
Or if thats where people take cuts for even more tops
 
if its a lower branch off of a branch I clen it up that way i dont end up with pop corn bud just nice tops. im not sure if thats what you had circled but it looked like a lower branch
 
nothing. cutt all the lowers off. pretty much anything 4 to 6 inches up the main stalk. you will get better air circulation as well. and on the main branches that reach to the top cut off the way lowers on those to

Lol, I wanna see what happens first!
and if it doesnt do anything Ill cut it (: and clean her up, I dont wanna keep taking cuts and stress it:P

you wont stress your plant out. you will be surprised how strong a mj plant is. well grown under the right conditions
 
just cut off the smaller shit at the bottom. usually the first time you lolly pop you wont cut off as much as you should anyway so you will be fine

But who would I go about getting more tops?
I FIMmed it once I have 4 tops now,
What If I wanna do it again? where do I take the next cut?

once it grows back just keep cutting all the tops and it will bush out. or you can do what i do and top it once and then start supper cropping it
 
you will break it. and it will grow right back up. just make sure you smash it real gud between your fingers so its limber and give it a nice bend. thank about it as if you are topping it but you get to keep the branch
