Hi all. This is my first grow and she's seems to be a bushy one. I'm a bit new to growing so I'm not exactly sure when is it the right time to do either...
Having topped, Fimd and not topped hundreds of plants, and observed side by side comparisons, I'm not convinced the practice does much to boost yield except to distribute the buds throughout multiple branches. Any observable gains in yield come from simply spreading out the predetermined potential throughout the plant, thus exposing more branches to light. Genetically however, the plants going to yield what it's going to yield. Personally I FIM as i prefer frostier, more evenly distributed weight. The only caveat to FIMming is the embarrassment of using the ridiculous term.
When is too soon to super crop?
ahh i see, I made a mistake then ... shit thanks for the help man
My boi was growing some jack herer from seed and he had supercropped almost every branch and even the main stock...i was like what the fuk. Bt it was dope. It healed up really strong and thick.firm as fuck like the main top was gunna be huge.. My question is has any1 ever heard of supercropping main stocks like that or what?
that is how super cropping is suppose work, your trying to redistribute the auxins to form a new main.
For sog so you don't have to dick around in veg for 2 months.
