but how exactly do i make it bushier ?
Depends on the type, indicas will get bushier than sativas and how you top. Supercropping will also make bushier

If you want super bushy just top more, every time you cut (top) 2 branches will replace the one you cut. But be aware that this stresses the plant and takes time to recover

there are lots of ways to do it.. you will never really find what you like until you experiment. I like to chop the main stalk after the second or third node and lst my 4 or 6 remaining main branches outwards in a circular formation so it looks like 4 or 6 seperate plants.once they recover and start growing again, i top those 4 or 6 main shoots and trim the bottom 1/2 or so of the plant over a couple weeks period. after that i just lst branches as they start to get uneven with the rest of the canopy and keep trimming any undergrowth. they look like bushy palm trees when they're done and it keeps popcorn buds at a minimum.

damn, I thought i had this one, oh well, you beat me to it this time, lol. I'll just have to beat ya to it next thread:bigjoint::peace:
Lol normally if you open a reply and take a toke while typing by the time you post several others have already done so and sometimes you look silly saying exactly the same thing as previous. It should post according to when you hit reply not when you submit. We are often bumping heads but its all good

I just topped all mineyesterday and they are already growing new tops. I just cut the main stem just below the new growth.

lol, and then youve got those ones where you'll ask a question(usually asking to clarify something or asking for more info helping people, well, trying to at least. lol ) and by the time you type it out its already just been answered.

So is topping a good way to keep sativas short in a smaller grow area? Or do the colas end up growing as tall as the main one would?

Is it true that when you top . The little hairs (not flowers) on the side of the nodes will become branchs ?

you should leave it alone its two fucking inches tall give it some time to grow before you start whacking at it.

I prefer to supercrop than top if doing it to control height. After you top the plant it and it comes out of the stress and starts growing again you can bend the stems over and let them point straight down, normally within a couple of hours the tips will point upwards but you can bend over 8-10 inches and force it to grow upwards again, wait for it to over grow the height again then bend it over again before entering the flower cycle. this is one of the least stress ful ways to control the height

their growing really good . New fan leaves and since the topping new branchs are grwing between the stem and the current branchs
