Count up 4 or 5 nodes then cut the top off. That's it.

Yea, nothing to be scared of. Chop that bastard off, root it if it does ya fine and you'll have a little clone too!

Alternate idea..
Tie her down, no need to top.. those two shoots that would take off if you topped, will take off the same by tying her down, and you wont lose the very top by topping.. every time you tie her down you will get new side shoots and there will be plenty to grab for cuttings.
Just one more thought to ponder..

Uncle Ben has a great way to do it to get 4 main cola's... Here:

What ever you cut off,, I'd try to clone her... each branch cut off try to clone, and even if you don't want another plant, it is great pratice...
