Im gonna try to add some pics. The color of the plant looks fine, Then again, what do i know, but some of the upper leaves are curling upwards. This is my first attempt to grow and could use some help. Other info- im using t5's about 5 inches above plant, and using b cuzz growth additive ( 1.0-o.o-o.7) every 2-3 days, with water in between. Any ideas?100_2231.jpg100_2233.jpg

If u look closely, u can see the edges of the leaves starting to curl a little. I just don't want it to get out of control. I'm like a crazy parent with a new baby

That is heat stress. Whats the temp like, what kind of ventilation do you have and whats the humidity like? When they are hot and either in really arid or really humid environments they try to transpire by curling the leaf edges up like a taco. Yours is just starting the process. Your lights are the right distance away though.

I'm a complete newbie. I just finished my first grow and in the middle of my second. But your leaves curling look like mine so when it's really warm and the humidity isn't quite high enough. But I could be completely wrong. To me your plants look great! Keep up the good work.

what nutes are u using the additive is not giving ur plant what it needs for veg...make sure ur temps above are not to high...i dont think heat issue but the balance of nutes are the issue

Thanks for the quick responses. I'm using b cuzz growth right now, and feed every 2 or 3 days. Other than that just water in mg moisture control potting soil. It is a grow box with Mylar, but I keep the door open with a fan on and window open. Temps are mid 70s, don't know humidity or have ph tester. Guess I need to buy some stuff

Feeding every 2 -3 days? Do you mean watering or feeding? Temps are great. I would worry more about the Ph than the humidity, but you are in soil, so it isn't the most important thing in the world, but if you are way to far off from 6.5 then it could be an issue.

Spray the base of stem Every 3 days with the growth addititive, and give like 5 or 6 sprays a dayof water when not using growth.Too much?

as already said its the humidity, i always get it since i put my seedlings into a box cupboard with not much ventilation. when they go into the veg tent (much better ventilation) the problem rectifies. your plants look healthy so dont go making changes that are gonna fuck up your grow, keep doing what you are doing now.
good luck

Temp's & nut's....I see you need Phosporus buddy! Accurate PH will give you a fast n amazing growth n that will deliver an abundant yield!
