get a bag a miracle grow potting soil and a pot that would be able to hold the whole bag of soil and some cfl lights (the ones that are like tubes that twist around and just get 4 of those and put them above the soil bout a foot high, put a fan in there and run it like 5 hours a day and your set, unless you dont know how to crack ur seed with a paper towl bag and a plate then i can tell you that too

last time i checked this was outdoor growing? buy a 5 gallon pot save your money and buy a weed sack and then throw a few of the seeds in your pot since you gots to pick them out anyway and then just use your water . boom you just saved all your money
