Hey im really new to all of this. I don't post alot because I am really unsure about alot of stuff and I don't want to be one of those people that post bs stuff they've heard but have no facts to back it up. But this forum has been VERY helpfull so far. So hears my question. Im growing a la diva autoflower. Delicious seeds say 9weeks seed to harvest. Im not putting a time frame on it but it defenatly doesn't look like finished buds. I was just wondering if anyone has some tips or pics at 6-9 weeks so I can compare. Thanks everyone

I'm doing my first medical grow too, but went with an indica kush plant (paki-ryder).... I considered La Diva and I'm interested to see your pics.

Here's a pic of mine at 6 weeks, I've made a couple noobie mistakes along the way, so it's not the greatest example out there, but if it helps you -- cool.

Bbr642000:If you don't get much help here you might try the folks at GrassCity's forum, although they don't have an Aerogardener's section so unfortunately you'll have to do some searching.

Your schedule seems a little fast for me but then I'm growing bag seed for my meds and taking 16 to 17 weeks but the taste is worth the wait.

how does it look like its unfinished? do you have your pre-flowers/have any of the white hairs begun to turn brown at all? really the only way to be able to tell for certain when it is finished is not by the timeframe given by the seed company but by looking at the trichomes with a small microscope 30x or so, or a high power magnifying glass to see if they are clear/milky/amber, once you notice any amber trichomes its pretty much up to your preference for when to harvest more milky/clear trichomes being more of a head high and more amber trichomes being more of a body high, thc is at its highest level before the first amber trichome appears, though yield can still increase after peak potency it comes down to your preference there. that being said its an autoflowering strain, so it SHOULD finish pretty close to when they claim, as far as i know theres nothing that can really stop it from flowering, does the plant otherwise look healthy? can you get pics?

Bbr642000: You might want to invest in a very high power magnifying glass or a miniature microscope to get a real close up look at your buds in determining when to harvest. Wal-Mart.com sells a little microscope for $15 plus shipping and you get a really good look at your trichs changing color. I harvest my two varieties when they either turn reddish or the color of coffee with a lot of cream and that works for me.

I would get confirmation on the 9 weeks though because that seems to soon for me.
