any felony charge .........he has the right to detain the person using any force ....the use of deadly force is allowed too (someone breaks into the house killing them 100% ok...felony crime)

when i move to oregon i will take a month and learn everything i can on those laws ......talk to a lawyer about any ?s i have and put the 5k down for the retainer then another 10k for bail/bond

hey next year .......u might think about putting up a ad on the web letting ppl crew with yah for a day and pull in traps .....they do that here sometimes in B-more i rem doing on vacation once as a kid
u get some free work and money ....they get bragging right and dinner

I have done that always ends up bad either kids with no ambition or a bunch of junked out bitches looking for the next fix crew is full as of right now

no i mean just for they day not the season

what i rem is getting up at 4 am heading to the dock me my dad brother go on the boat and where out for sun rise and we did what the captin told us came back in 10 or 11 with i have no idea just to me it like tons as a kid ...we got to keep 2 bushels (crabs) ........had a steam on the beach at sandypoint

something like that ....dad said we got lucky to do it ...it was alot of fun except getting pinched aftter that first time i listend

Do you get into a lot of fights, I personally feel like you don't but I cant prove it. Seems like you're the type of guy that is always ready for whateverz, almost like a trained assassin, but I feel like you're super humble with your gift.

Most states if someone breaks into your house you can't just kill them, you must first attempt to escape. Deadly force is only within the law if it is the absolute last result, and you better be able to prove it.

If a guy trespasses onto private property you can't just use deadly force

i took shit as a kid once those pills really fattened my ass up ......i have heard it all i seen alot of terrible shit
i snapped i refuse to accept to take it or to see it .....u can take it or u can fight back ......i picked fight back

as for fights i have no clue how many i can tell u one of my first memories was ricky wright calling my mom a bitch and i knocked in his front teeth i was 5 it was the first time i met mr shark my principal and the first time i got kicked off the bus and told to stay home for 2 weeks

fight when ppl picked on me fights when they picked on buddies or my little brother fights from different schools the different clicks fights with gaurds in jail fights with drunks in jail .........i guess above avg......only need to kick anouther guys ass for hitting a lady friend of mine 6 times that one ass raping jessica stewet for beating on monkey mom ....normal fight

my skill is not ninja or anything like that ........i take hit infact i enjoy it the pain tells me it is ok to hurt the person .........i am just willing to end the fight fast i learned from my father ....a fight is a fight only thing matters is u live with least damage as possible what happens to the other person is there own fault

i can take a punch better then most ppl i do not know why ........the only person to ever knock me out was my little brother he pissed me off i was going to tackle him into the water on the golf course (grand parents live on a course as kids we collect balls for the return money for the ice cream guy) well i was running out him and he was hurling golf balls at my head he said the 10th one i went down ...woke up to 911 and parents and grand parents over me (was not the first time 911 was on that course but my 2nd ride to hospital ) 10

my 18th b-day we are having a party at jason house 30 or 40 of us ..........well i ate the after shock crystals and half the bottle .......i wanted to test myself so i put 100 bucks down on the table and told the guys 100 bucks 7 hits if u knock me out u get the money ..........8 ppl tried broken nose boxer jawl for weeks and black eye (but with me can not really tell) staggered ....fell... got knocked off my feet still got back up and said damn rebecca and jessica stopped it

put my head into the windshield at about 35 40 on this one turn right into embankment cut to miss deer ....killed the engine on impact turned it over and drove home picked glass out for a few days

and my first ever ride with 911 was when i was 6 and aaron bet me 10 bucks to run from my back door strait into the wall next door .....got a nice scar...and got a fairy god mother (lady was from street is what i called her as they taken me up)

no ninja just can take alot of punishment .....i have had my ass kicked and stomped before 2 or 3 guys is my limit anymore then that i done ....but when u hyper extend a fuckers knee and slam his head on the ground the 3rd time they leave u alone unless they pull knife or a gun .......if they got the balls to shoot at me go for it but mother fucking make sure i am dead otherwise i will well u seen what i can think of when i am pissed off


i have a great memory for facts events and all ......if i see it or i learn it stuck in my head no matter how many or much drugs i do .....the only thing i never tried was ECT

nope maryland allows u to kill anyone in deference of self or other or property as long as it is over 300 bucks felony ( steal cell phone and run bang it is legal because of the value of the phone u steal 100 bucks of lotto tickets bang u are going to jail)

if the guys breaks and enter on to the land yes u can as it is felony ....but if it is someone just crossing open land no u can not (he would have to jump a highfence or pass tho a doorway unwelcomed)

trespassers will be shot signs i see them all the time around here and not just military base

hell a farmer shoot at me before when i was skipping class in the cornfield ........students skipping damaged his crops more them 300 bucks worth trust me he had the right to shot at us ......i do not mean near i mean at ......first time ever had anyone pull the trigger at me we heard the bullets and sawl where they hit the next day

melissa was pissed and called the cops .....we got in trouble for it ....that is what got me sent to heather ridge the bad kids school

If a fool- armed or not- comes in your house without permission, Colorado sez, 'make my day'. Look into it.

This is where it gets sticky. Trust me @ttystikk that is necessary force is such a huge gray area and sadly the law is NOT on our side here should we need to defend ourselves and our homes. At least in my state.

This is why I specifically mentioned Colorado. I don't pretend to know the law for every state.

rem the body must fall inside the house unless u have a fenced and gated land with signs saying posted land and no selling door to door

other thing is bleach messes up the gun shot test and ammonia breaks up dna un testable (for the blood outside)

if u drop a weapon like a gun ......make sure to put their prints on the clip and the bullets plus the outside of the grib (that is where ppl fuck up they never think about the clip or the bullets) doing that will close the case faster less likely to get charged
