TrainWreck, LSD, Bubba Kush, Platinum OG Kush 250w HPS grow

Any info or comments would help me out. Thanks... Burn one!

Im growing 4 seeds i got in a bag of Bubba Kush from the co-op, the bud was pulled from the shelves when they realized how many seeds it had. Even with the seeds it was pretty potent, so thought i should grow it w/o seeds.
Two clones Lemon Sour diesel (LSD) and Platinum OG Kush, pure clone strains stright from the co-op and they take that shit serious.
The tallest one is my TrainWreck also from the co-op.

They're all sittin in FoxFarm Ocean Forest and under a 250w HPS lamp 18/6 for now.


Bubba Kush sprouted on Dec. 25 and are doing good.

Clones are chillin in their ffof just started show new growth this morning.

TrainWreck is looking droopy, the leaves are curled down, i thinks its cuz it needs to be transplanted to bigger pot.

Why are the Trainwreck leaves drooping?

Bubba Kush (4 seedlings) are now a little over a week old and are doin good. i plan on getting rid of the males as soon as i can sex them.

Clones (lemon sour diesel & Platinum OG kush) both are looking great taking to the foxfarm nicely, after about only three days they both started showing roots on the bottom of the pot, the Platinum og reeks in the mornings and the LSD gives off a citrus smell.

TrainWreck is doing great after i transplanted her to a bigger pot, the leaves look better. It grew taller maybe a little too tall, i got some Clonex Rooting Hormone and im thinking of topping my TrainWreck and cloning the top.

Thanks 43%burnt for the first comment and joining my journal, ill make sure to post great pictures and update on the regular. o yea i plan on cloning that TrainWreck, ive never cloned before so im doing some research right now on whats the best and fastest way to root cuttings.

Went to the local hydro store and picked up some FoxFarm Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom, anyone reading this used it before? Plan to start flowering 12/12 in 4-5 days.

Bubba Kush (4 seedlings) 3 of the 4 are doing good little over 2 wks old, but i dont know what happened to one of them it looks like some kind of burn im thinking of pulling it from my grow. The seed that started in the Budwiser can appears different from the other three, to me it looks like it's going to be a better plant. i plan on transplanting them tonight wait about 4-5 days then switch to Flowering 12/12, 3 maybe 2 plants depending on sex and space. Clones (lemon sour diesel & Platinum OG kush) Once again the LSD and Platinum OG Kush is going fantastic i transplanted them after i seen a few nice white roots poking out the bottom. Platinum OG is growing tall and strong with few big leaves. The LSD is sort and stalky with smaller leaves. With clones doing this good im thinking just to start from clones next time.

TrainWreck is growing out of control, after she starting getting taller i learned that a 250 watt hps produces the best buds throught out a 1 or 2 foot plant, so i panicked and decided to top it but didnt want to cut the pretty top w/o space the root it, so i just bent the shit out of it to one side some LST lovin. see what happends...

How tall should you allow a plant to grow under a 250 watt hps?

Started 12/12 Flowering Jan. 14 a week ago.

Bubba Kush is now a month old doing good the growing slowed after i changed light over to 12/12 i know it was a little early to change the light over but im running out of space. Two in the back are growing the same way but the one that was in the Budwiser can is growing different and the front right is behind cuz i dnt kno its lighter and kind of yellow.

Lemon Sour Diesel & Platinum OG Kush are my favoriate at the moment both doing great. After changing the light over a week ago they have both streched up and out and have grown more white hairs. The Platinum streched the most over one night it reached over light from where it was at had to move it down. LSD seems that it's going to be the a bigger yeilder then the Platinum. I plan on giving them 1/2 dosage of Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom next watering.

TrainWreck is doing great it streched mostly upward after i changer the light to 12/12. It looks likes it's going to be my biggest yeilder it's a monster taking up most of the space in my area. Some of the bottom leaves are turing yellow and spotting brown. 1/2 dose Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom next watering, hope it fixs the yellow leaves.

Moving along nicely. How much height do ya have to work with? The bubba barely stretches at all but the wreck will shoot for the sky so good idea with the lst. Just keep training to keep that canopy even.

From the floor to the light it is about 5 1/2 feet. My main concern is the light penetration from the top thru the plant to the bottom with my 250 watt HPS.

why are you worried about that? The canopey is where you should focus on. I cut all the weak growth off after the first week of veg. Then i veg for 5 more days and put them in 12/12

Flowering for 2 weeks.

Bubba Kush are doing good, found out that two of them were dudes so i just got rid of them. The one that was in the budwiser can is my girl and showing many white hairs up top. Bubba on the right hasent shown any signs of sex and is still not doin any better. Just water for now.

LSD & Platinum OG Kush are doing great. Maybe it's just in my head but LSD (rightside 3rd pic) smells kinda like citrusy when i smack it around a little bit. Platinum gives off a danky one. They have been gettin 1/2 dose of FF Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom every other watering.

TrainWreck is going good. Colas just started shooting up from a few places. I Trimed about 1/4 of it on the bottom. It hasent looked its best, kinda turning yellow not as green as it used to be. i know its normal during flowering, but isnt it a little early? I have given it 1/2 dose of FF Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom only once becuz of the way it looked. Dont know if adding some FFOF to the top of the soil will add some Nitrogen for the yellowing but i just did it. Let me know what you think.

It's now been 3 weeks flowering.

Bubba Kush out of 4 Bubba Kush seeds 2 were male and i gave away the sickly looking one, it was just taking up space. The one thats the trooper (first 2 pics) and suck thru is the bubba that started in the Budwiser can. It's doin great so far with it's fist 1/4 dose of FF big bloom and tiger bloom last watering. Looks like it's only goin to have a few bud spots. Hopfully the main cola put in work.

LSD & Platimun OG Kush both are doin seem to be doin great. Theyve been getting more white hairs and are now getting all crystally in the center looks nice.

TrainWreck is budding nicely in many spots the buds are getting crystally, thicker and are starting to smell like the TW from the Co-Op except for the leaves they are all turning yellow (last 3 pics) and i dont have any idea what is causing it. i flushed and just watered with pure water and just recently gave it 1/4 dose of FF Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. ANY ADVICE ON THAT TRAINWRECK?

Flowering for 4 weeks & 5 days

Bubba kush is doing ok couple of the big fan leaves turned yellow and came off. It dosent smell at all. looks like it's going to take the longest to finish.

Platinum OG Kush & LSD are doing good and budding nicely. Both were starting to turn a little yellow so i got my hands on some FF Grow Big for them, going by the FoxFarm Feeding chart. Other than that the plants are smelling even more, growing thicker, and are showing some tichomes.

TrainWreck has been a trooper hanging in there after turning hella yellow, most of the leaves came off and most are still yellow. The buds on the other hand are soaked in tichomes, and it smells more like the TW at the co op.

6 weeks flowering

No more Bubba Kush, it was just taking up space so i gave it away. And i picked up some Cha Ching.

LSD & Platinum OG Kush are doing great still. LSD (1st pic on right) looks like it's sugar coated in some areas and feels stiff and dense, smells skunky hint of citrus. The Platinum OG Kush is not as "coated" in sugar but feels dense and stiff.

TrainWreck not much has changed, just the flowers are getting more frosty and smells wonderful. Ive had to tie up that bad girl, as the flowers gain weight they are starting to weight down the branches and she started to lean.

Im curious to see what difference Cha Ching is going to make on my grow, im adding it to the mix next watering.

Any Cha Ching users?

You harvest the babies yet? If so what was the dry weight?

9 weeks flowering

LSD has turned colors and still smells citrusy. the nugs are very dense. with some new growth (white hairs) the triches are mostly cloudy with a couple amber ones. Stopped the nutes, just giving it water. Maybe harvest in around a week.

Platinum OG Kush is doing well. It's growing a little "planty" up top. The nugs on the bottom are glittery and dense while the top has some "airy" spots. The plants smells super danky. Most of the triches are cloudy with some still clear. Harvest in about 2 weeks.

TrainWreck is on it's final strech. It's smells wicked like fresh TW danky chronic. It's pretty dense and frosted all the way around and has many colas. This one has the most amber triches so it's coming down soon.

TrainWreck harvested today. My girl and I had trouble getting the thick ass resin off our hands after handling those frosted nugs. I plan on drying and curing till i get the fullest flavor. I would have taken pictures but my fingers were stuck together.

TrainWreck was chopped at 10 1/2 weeks into flowering. i would have left it longer but i noticed Nanners growing from many places! I dont have any idea why or how they got there but hope i dont get many seeds. It's was hanging in a seperate dark, cooler closet for 4 days then i trimmed and put in a jar, burpin sometimes. The nugs are dense. It smells like MMMMM... fresh TrainWreck still and needs some more time to cure in the jar. I smoked a joint sinces it's been in the jar and it has a great flovor just needs to be cured longer cuz that chlorophyll makes it hard to smoke.

Platinum OG Kush is now hanging in the closet. i chopped it down on the 1st 11 weeks into flowering, its goin into jars tomorrow. It got very airy during drying i hope it gets more dense tomorrow as it drys more.

Lemon Sour Diesel i think is doing the best out of the whole grow. It's still growing cuz im hoping for at least one killer jar of dank, and my money so far is on LSD. (the local shop has a few clones waiting for my next grow) It smells really good, is covered in sparklly triches, and is pretty dense. I want to wait till the Triches start mostly turning tan/amber, but it taking kinda long goin on her 12th WEEK FLOWERING.

dude to be honest i dont think that was platinum og kush. its obviously nothing like the cut ive seen anyway. platinum og kush has a lot of blades on the leaves that are really close together. i mean it has huge leaves and stays pretty short. also during flowering the leaves actually look platinum and is 1 of the frostier plants ive seen. just looks nothing like yours its crazy how different they look. AND from what ive seen has dense nugs. lol but not to bad dude. was this your first run?
