I’m writing to faith leaders in my community begging them to speak from the pulpit on this...

I’m vowing we not allow this one to be forgotten by his next scandal or crazy act.,. There’s so many we can’t stay focused on one for long. This one we cannot be allowed to be forgotten by the next crazy act or tweet.

Every political discussion needs to have “you do recall Trump policies are imprisoning CHILDREN? Do you not?” No matter how seemingly unrelated.

Part of defeating him is branding him, the acts of crazy are on purpose so we can’t stay focused on one. We must brand these soulless fucks as imprisoners of children... through focus and repetition and we pound and pound and pound it!

This one has crossed a red line for me! This is the one I won’t move beyond.

It’s not enough and if I find something I can do more I will...
 
On that note, let’s brainst what we can do instead of talk on our forums...

I’ll start:

Write faith leaders

Write politicians

Consistently and repeatedly brand these folks as Child imprisoners

In fact I will start a thread specifically on this

For any of that to be effective the people you're writing have to have a conscience and be moral. Neither is true and in fact they lack both and they are part of the problem, many of them are supporting tRUmp, some secretly, in hopes of increasing their power and wealth. The only thing people like this understand are threats to their wealth, power and freedom.

I understand, but i have to try something, graham jr has come out against, the US Conference of Catholic Bishps has spoken out strongly on this, a shattered window often begins with a chip...

I concur an overwhelming majority of white vangicles are his strongest supporter but many catholics are liberal or middle, Episcopalians are very progressive, united Methodists are often middle of road n some left as are some Lutherans, some congregational churches, etc.

I dont disagree entirely with you at all! But i gotta do something...next to my congressman who else has an audience regularly? I dont expect First Baptist to come along but if it gave just one the encouragement needed to speak out it would be worth it...but i completly understand ypur take as well

i am primarily aiming my anger at southern baptists. they are some truly fucked up individuals... it's a combination of tribalism, racism and capitalism over ruling jesus.

i have read forums, where southern baptists hunters said this.

"we are christians, they are muslims, let's go annihilate them" <-- this speaks volumes....

the fact that 87% of republicans support trump makes ALL THE ASSHOLES COMPLICIT...

either the law is going to start winning or society is going to start making new laws without the govt...
